Beginner Yoga

A beginner yoga class is designed for individuals with little to no prior experience in yoga. These classes focus on foundational poses, proper alignment, and breathing techniques, all at a slower pace. Emphasis is placed on creating a safe and supportive environment where students can learn the basics of yoga and build a solid foundation for future practice
